This Asset Management Firm retained TPG for full architectural services for the relocation of their corporate offices from 65 East 55th Street constituting approximately 46,616 SF to 70,233 square feet of rentable area among three floors at 520 Madison Avenue. In addition to their new workspace, TPG designed an interconnecting stair to stimulate collaboration and innovation. The client underwent extensive growth in NYC as well as globally, nearly tripled since move-in.
