Spanning over 384,000m2 of land, Abdali development is Amman’s premier mixed-use urban development with pioneering concepts and state-of-the-art facilities. The Boulevard Rotana Hotel is strategically situated in the heart of Abdali, adding a spark of contemporary living to the new downtown of Amman. It consists of 3 Blocks; A,B and C which are built to the highest international standards. Block A and C features 400 luxurious serviced apartments which range from Studios to 3 Bedrooms. The eight buildings in Blocks A and C have been designed using more traditional stone surfaces with arabesque elements reflecting the charm of Arabian hospitality for guests of the serviced apartments. Those arabesque elements at the apartments’ elevations act as shading devices represented in an aesthetical manner using engineered wooden panels perforated to reflect the “Abdali” logo on the arabesque panels using a type of Arabic calligraphy. These wooden shading devices are fixed in two ways and are placed according to the rooms’ purpose and operate according to the residents’preferences and under their own control.
