Situated in Carroll Garden, Brooklyn, 236 President Street takes cues from lines of traditional Brooklyn brownstone neighborhood.  For the ground-up residential building, the design concept seeks to blend into existing Brooklyn brownstone by use of materials like terracotta and brick.  The actual front facade is set back with series of cascading balconies facing the President Street to create continuation of adjacent street frontage-a gesture intended to help preserve the neighborhood's brownstone streetscape while allowing modernization of brownstone design language.  Inside are 5 units, with condominums containing 3 to 5 bedrooms, with direct elevator access to each unit and roof garden access.
