Lindsay Cadillac of Alexandria recently underwent a comprehensive renovation by Architects Group Practice, and involved frequent coordination between the Architects, Owner, and Contractor to satisfy Gensler's brand requirements, as well as the Owner's desires. 

An extended design challenge set by the Owner, was to transform the Eastern Lot/Car Delivery/Service Area into an exterior Showroom Space. The proposal featured an array of options for low-maintenance landscaping options that were known to be drought-resistant and native to the area. Additionally, the arrangment of structures and plants served to screen the garage doors to the Service Area and soften the surround hardscape. Additional lighting was key to increasing the visibility and safety of the Eastern Lot during the afterhours, as requested by the Owner.
