Starbucks: Takeover Project - Silverdale, WA

This project was a new Starbucks location, taking over a former bank space in a multi-tenant building. The Landlord reworked the majority of the shell, as well as revising the site layout to accommodate a Starbucks Drive-Thru and equipment. The interior was significantly demolished to allow tenant fit-outs under their own separate permits and with revised extents.

For the Starbucks TI, I worked with the Starbucks store designer to create custom detailing to turn their slat wall and light trough design into a constructible drawing set. I coordinated across multiple disciplines and points of contact to implement this design in conjunction with the shell revisions, and revising both as necessary based on field conditions uncovered during the shell remodel.
