Starbucks: New LL Shell - 38th & G (Tacoma, WA)

This was a new Landlord-provided shell and site design, with the initial tenant space fit-out by Starbucks.One of the primary challenges on this project was coordinating final RTU sizing, placement, and access requirements with the landlord’s sloped roof at the main cafe space.

As part of the design process, I worked with the designer to create custom application details and modeling of custom fixtures, which would go on to be used in multiple projects in the region. This included detailing for the custom merchandise area, finish termination detailing, and coordinating the HVAC requirements above the backbar area.
