The University of Portland has unique challenges due to its topography, limiting the development of the campus. Campus buildings were being re-designed and new buildings added. Existing parking no longer suited the changes to the campus, and University of Portland opted for a parking structure for employees.
I designed the parking layout and consulted on the parking structure. BIM was an integral part of the design process.
