The Mall of the Emirates is managed by Majid Al Futtaim and was built in 2005. Like all of Dubai, it has grown and changed over time. The management wished to maintain a high quality experience and were aware of the deficiencies in the parking structure.
As a part of a design renewal, the mall desired improvements to the 6500-stall parking structure. A Revit model was created to help visualize the many aspects of traffic in the existing structure and proposed new variations to improve and perhaps add parking to an already burgeoning system.
