Microsoft is improving its office campus for 47,000 employees to include 17 new buildings and a variety of cultural improvements.  The new campus will include a new underground parking with 6000+ stalls, which will include accommodations for alternative fuel vehicles and carpools.  

The project was designed in Revit and the BIM process was strictly administered to produce a complete model.  Many parking types were required to conform to the design conditions set by column intrusions, client-requirements, and alternate fuel vehicles.  The model was designed to be changed quickly as design conditions changed.
