The sports complex is an enormous undertaking which will include playing fields for American football, soccer, baseball, and softball. Three structures have been designed to service the needs of the sports, the players, and the spectators.
Gateway Building provides rooms for officials, concessions, restrooms, and covered outdoor eating.
The Stadium has seating for 1200 for high school football and accommodations for track and field events. It has a press box, snack bar, restrooms, and storage for sports equipment.
The Maintenance Building provides generalized neighborhood services and includes an administration building with a pre-manufactured steel building for equipment repair and storage. Owing to its prominent location, the design favors a more residential appearance than a practical service building.
