Beverly Center is a unique shopping mall on the edge of West Hollywood and near the famous Fairfax and 3rd Farmers' Market.  The mall management decided to re-organize the retail spaces to better serve their customers and improve the experience.  Part of the improvement necessitated changes to the parking design.

BIM was played a major role in organizing the many design professionals who produced the model.  The client wanted all the features to be modeled including the parking stripes, directional signage, and pavement signage.  Modeling the parking design required some creative solutions owing to the limitations of Revit programming and the non-orthogonal design of the mall.
