At nearly 2500 acres, over a mile of pristine beach and with development plans that include several 18 hole golf courses, a marina, inland waterways, numerous hotels and residential and recreational offerings, Roco Ki is a resort development with tremendous promise. 

As a Senior Project Designer I helped direct the design and planning of multiple iterations for the project. I worked closely with an array of consultants in planning and designing infrastructure improvements, golf course layouts, a marina and a wide array of hotel and residential options.  I personally led the planning and conceptual design for a proposed Fairmont Hotel and worked closely with Starwood in developing a Westin.  I also designed a boutique hotel, resident’s yacht club and a variety of residential offerings.  During the course of the project I gained invaluable experience and insight into resort development and construction, and the challenges of working in Latin America and the Caribbean.
