Brett has nearly 20 years experience in the planning, design and construction of large and complex projects in the areas of hotel and hospitality,  high end residential,  class A corporate commercial,   transportation,  TOD mixed use and master planning.

Starting his career at SOM,  Brett has been a Senior Designer with top tier firms in Chicago - leading the design for projects as diverse as 840 North Lake Shore Drive, the Waldorf Astoria Chciago a luxury hotel and condominium, the Airport Express Transportation Center at Block 37, O'Hare and Midway, and the West Loop Transportation Center, Chicago's Multi-Modal High Speed Rail Terminal and Transit Hub and the transit centerpiece in Chicago's GO TO 2040 Comprehensive Regional Plan.

Most recently he has led the design, interior planning, and coordination for two mixed use buildings in the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh Saudi Arabia with Lucien Lagrange Architects.
