As Project Designer for 840 North Lakeshore Drive I was responsible for all aspects of design and planning for this award winning luxury residential condominium in Chicago. Developed by Related Midwest,  I led a team of 6 – 10 architects, numerous consulting engineers, interior architects and other professionals.  At 28 stories and with only 70 apartments, 840 is recognized as one of the Chicago’s top luxury buildings with its elegant entry canopy, sculpted balcony rails, handcrafted French limestone and distinctive mansard roof.  I am particularly happy with the architectural detailing we achieved.
