The challenge of designing low-cost housing of high spatial quality and efficient use of space is the objective of this project. The minimization of the interior circulation greatly increases the usable area, and all spaces receive daylight and natural ventilation, creating a sensation of space beyond the confines of the building. Apartments capable of housing 2-3 bedrooms allow for flexibility depending on the different users’ needs.

These objectives were met with high quality standards, and the project received the FIABCI Colombia Real Estate Excellence Award in 2010.
