The client had purchased a penthouse in a new build apartment block located in the Cobble Hill area of Brooklyn, New York.
When purchased the apartment was an empty shell. The task was to produce construction details for the interior fit out which included all fixtures, fittings and cabinetry. Also, careful relocation of existing services such as the HVAC system had to be redesigned to fit with the clients requirements.
