Arts and Communication Magnet Academy was a new build two storey arts school Beaverton Oregon.
The new school replaced the original building constructed in 1959 that was demolished to make way for the new building.
I was brought on during construction documentation to help the team meet their 100% CDs deadline. I also assisted in submitting the building permit package.
