With 123 apartments, 2 stories, a memory care ward, courtyard, and accessory buildings, this one was a challenge, especially under the Section 42 constraints and the client's breakneck schedule.  I managed to get the license issued on time despite almost no one being in the office at the Indiana Department of Heath during the height of the pandemic.  I also led document production but someone else from our office did the specs this time.  The Owner made a lot of cuts during construction so we had to play catch-up with documentation.  Even though is was a chaotic project, I was grateful that our part of things was tidy.
