Back 9 Golf Entertainment Venue

This is a $30m, 58,000 sf, 3-story driving range on 9 acres along the White River.  It has 4 bars, corporate suites, meeting rooms, outdoor decks, music pavilion, and a kitchen designed for 2500 people per day, plus a fascinating and superior technology package.  We also renovated paddocks and the 1800s stable for the draft horses who came with the land (visible while golfing).  The net poles are 185' tall and go 60 feet down into the earth.  We used an infiltration basin because the site had no proper storm service.  We cleaned up the Wapahani trail that runs alongside until it resembled a state park.  I managed the project and was very close to every stage during construction, largely because the GC was an Owner and used their discretion liberally in the field, which we had to accommodate.
