This project was a rehab wing addition on existing assisted living center run by the Good Samaritan Society.  We designed it with a therapy natatorium, but that was cut from the budget.  I didn't personally do as much CA on this one as I like to--that was handled by someone else in our office.  We directed the truss work quite specifically to allow for mechanical and support spaces within a complex geometry, as well as loads on the ceiling for patient lifts.
