The project seeks to define space in such a way as to mediate light to help enhance the experience of the project as a whole. The project embraces the rail line and introduces a community garden to define the entry sequence. The garden is then broken down and dispersed across different levels of the building.
The interior of the building relies heavily on the orientation and organization of the building, and applies strategies to help enhance the interior environment.
