The building was designed with the volumetric plays of the conference halls, which are 2 floors high, created at different levels.The 2nd floor floor was brought forward as a console and a food terrace was created. This terrace was accessed via a direct staircase from the outside.There are shops on the ground floor and offices on the first floor. On the last floor, the cafe restaurant has a unique view of Rwanda. designed by WALL in Kigali&Rwanda
