Eva Jensen Design + Laufs Engineering Design's “Circle Shade - 2πR4” was announced today as the winning proposal for this year's Folly Function installation at Socrates Sculpture Park in Long Island City. Judge Lorna G. Schofield agreed with the group’s claim that the Army Corps of Engineers had not conducted a sufficient environmental review on how the 2.4-acre park would affect fish and wildlife.
