ULI Hines Student Competition
Registration/Submission Deadline: Friday, November 17, 2023
"The ULI Hines Student Competition—entering its 22nd year in 2024—offers graduate students the opportunity to form their own multidisciplinary teams and engage in a challenging exercise in responsible land use. Teams of five students pursuing degrees in at least three different disciplines have two weeks to devise a development program for a real, large-scale site in a North American city. Teams provide graphic boards and narratives of their proposals including designs and market-feasible financial data."
Winter Stations 2024
Register/Submit Deadline: Friday, December 1, 2023
"Winter Stations is a single-stage international design competition held annually in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Participants are tasked with designing temporary winter art installations which incorporate existing lifeguard towers spaced strategically across the city’s Kew and Woodbine beaches. The structures (not in use in the wintertime) are considered visual anchor points for the installations. As in previous years, Winter Stations intends to build 4-6 winning proposals for a six-week exhibition along the waterfront, funding permitted."
RIBA International Prize 2024

"Established in 2015, the RIBA International Prize is one of architecture’s highest global accolades, awarded to a building that demonstrates visionary thinking, originality, excellence of execution, and makes a distinct contribution to its users, surrounding environment and communities. The bi-annual prize is one of the world’s most rigorously judged architecture awards, with every shortlisted building visited by a group of international design experts. It is open to any registered architect in the world and awarded to a building of any size, type or budget. Projects must be environmentally and economically sustainable and provide social value."
BCI Interior Design Awards 2024: Tone X Texture

"BCI Interior Design Awards (IDA) 2024 calls for Interior Design Projects that showcase a masterful command over colour and texture, using them to give a relevant and creative statement to the space. The designs must also contribute to essential matters related to sustainability and provide a positive influence on users."
