i can just see eisenman now:
so... do i have to count the 12 people paying me to work here, as employees? cos that'll push us over 50, and i'm not willing to drop another $100k in taxes. i mean, really, i'm their employee. see, their paying me. besides... i've got some fancy books to buy!
on a serious note, i find it disturbing the AIA worked to have provisions eliminated, while only 'hoping' for a health insurance exchange. isn't this something they should have actively pursued?
and is the AIA is lobbying for construction firms now?!?
clowns...
Having read the upcomming IPD document drafts its clear the AIA is ceding to the design build contractor lead model for the future. Get used to it.
