On 1 September 2004, South Korea's Presidential Committee of Administrative Capital Relocation has finally decided the competition schedule, according to the website of the Committee (now only in Korean).
Although the full schedule has not yet been officially announced, the Committee said briefly that 1) the official website of the International Urban Design Ideas Competition for the New Administrative Capital will be launched later September 2004, 2)that the official competition announcement will be during December 2004, 3)that the competition will be open to both professionals and non-professionals; and that the International Competition for the Major Public Buildings is still under consideration.
