Two years ago, to create a tailgating park, the University of Arkansas demolished five mid-century modern buildings on Stone's Carlson Terrace, a 15-building complex built in 1958-1964. This spring, it plans to raze four more to make room for a new women's softball stadium. Preservation Online

This is bad. Very bad. He donates his archives to them and they respond by tearing down his projects for sports.

This does not improve my perception of southerners.
Southerners do love their sports...and universities defer maintenance far too often.
