Recently, a group of concerned citizens in Chicago hijacked a massive multi-million dollar ad campaign launched by the Leo Burnett Agency. The campaign was designed for the Chicago Housing Authority and has been redesigned into a blistering critique of Chicago's public housing policy and privatization practices.

having worked on a HOPE IV application[talk about oxymoron!] during the late 90's i was able to see the true colors and intent of the chaos. glad to see someone with a strong voice out there. unfortuneatly, its too little too late in a city with an inpenitable masonry wall around city hall--
