The Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis has new shared speakers and events information for the Fall semester to go with our Get Lectured look at what’s in store in the 2024-25 academic year.
On September 13, Eric P. Mumford and Michael E. Willis held a Q&A to discuss their curation of the recent Kemper Art Museum exhibition 'Design Agendas: Modern Architecture in St. Louis, 1930s–1970s', which looked at the city's influence on postwar Modernism.
Events continue this week with Stacy Lynn Waddell on September 20, followed by MIT’s Rafi Segal on September 30. His lecture is followed by Elisa Silva (October 18); Toni L. Griffin (October 25); Crystal Z. Campbell (October 26); Josh Azzarella (October 28); Josephine Halvorson (November 7); and the French 2D co-founders Anda and Jenny French (November 18).
