Project Manager (Aviation) details: Qualifications include a minimum of eight years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite, a demonstrated ability to successfully lead project teams, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Project Manager (Mandarin Speaking) details: Qualifications include a minimum of four years of experience, proficiency with Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite, experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric and rendering software, and other graphic software, previous experience working with companies in China, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

The firm is also hiring a Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager, a Senior Project Manager, and an Enclosure Design Specialist in New York.

Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture seeks an Architect and a Technical Architect

Architect details: "The ideal candidate will have a strong creative design portfolio along with strong verbal and written communication skills. The individuals that we are seeking should be self-motivated and team players. Sustainable/High-Performance project experience is a plus. Applicants should be proficient in REVIT, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape and/or other rendering software. Knowledge of Environmental Simulation Analysis tools and Digital Fabrication Methods are valuable (but not required)."

Technical Architect details: "The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and developing medium to large scope projects with many complexities and designs. Someone who can execute and coordinate projects and may oversee a large staff of architects and technicians. Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. Plans and develops architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities that significantly impact major company programs."

Krueck Sexton Partners seeks a Media Specialist

Gibbons, Fortman & Associates seeks an Associate Architect
"Our firm is seeking a motivated individual to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, a basic understanding of building construction, and the ability to work both independently and with a team." Qualifications include three to six years of related experience and proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

H Mart Inc. seeks a Construction Project Coordinator
Qualifications include two to five years of experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and an ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction. Being bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.

The company is also hiring an Architectural Project Coordinator, a Construction Project Coordinator, and an Interior Designer / Architectural Designer in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
