A project overseer and estate guardian for Ye, previously recognized as Kanye West, claims he was dismissed for declining to eliminate all windows and electricity from Ye's Malibu residence, as per a legal complaint submitted recently in the Los Angeles County Superior Court and reported by NBC.
The legal action points to breaches of several labor standards, encompassing hazardous work environments, unsettled salaries, and unjust retaliatory firing.
The suit stems from a comprehensive overhaul the controversial rapper was attempting at the $57.3 million property, allegedly with the intention of converting Tadao Ando’s 4-bed, 4.5-bath residence into a bunker-type structure that resembles “a bomb shelter from the 1910s.” Photos published in May appear to show nearly all of the home’s glass and interior fit-out has been removed, adding to the contractor’s claims that Ye was pursuing a design devoid of appliances, electrical power, or even light fixtures.
“He continues his pattern of not paying his bills while treating workers terribly. No employee should have to suffer through the sort of working conditions Mr. Saxon was forced to endure, yet Ye showed no concern and merely wanted the work done, despite the hazardous and unsafe, not to mention illegal, actions he was trying to force the plaintiff to undertake,” an attorney for the plaintiff said.
Another lawsuit has also been filed over conditions at his fatuous Yeezy Christian Academy, which apparently was built without glass windows.

Not paying architects. Dude learned a lot from Trump.
Are Architects big league? Professional liability of staff decisions that eventually stamp in context to clear statutes of law exhibit a case value of purposeful intent, but is a code violation a crime? Per the professional practice, as a graduate of a California Polytechnic, the statutes are our professional practice. I was fired for not agreeing to ignore code violations; bring the Justice with Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion!
You okay bro?
Janosh, please think before commenting.
Seth, please think before posting
Non Sequitur, please stop. The professional value of work stems into an important priority for the future of contemporary. Private Residential isn’t Multifamily or Civic Mall work however the right of practice in offices should allow an employee to protect a correct decision. I don’t know what code violation, especially Architectural, would cause that issue; however, I know that my work can’t be a part of criminal negligence in egress and diagrams of Design. It is too much of our professional responsibility. Years ago a childhood friend of mine was raped by an IP thief who stole my childhood phone via a message checking, and, that Architect has continued to violate the law against a court agreement of IP, placing their legal decision

as behaviorally defiant on topic to the entire corporation.
I bet John Travolta would be a good lead in that movie.
Seth, you sound like a catatonic AI.
"The professional value of work stems into an important priority for the future of contemporary." what in the fk?
h2osuperfly: Interesting thought.
I asked ChatGPT what it thought Seth was trying to say in his response above. It started it's interpretation as such:
"The passage appears to be a somewhat disjointed and unclear collection of thoughts and statements. However, I can attempt to provide a general interpretation..... "
I didn't bother to read the rest...
dying, natematt...
why isn't this chat on topic? Architecture needs to address code understandings, which includes a gang archetype and behavioral disability too closely linked to culture; a code issue at a residence has a particular context: is Kanye harming people, is Kanye violating privacy?
Seth, see above: Think before posting nonsensical ramblings. Then perhaps a discussion can be had.
if kanye never has guests, inspectors, emergency services, or any other living, breathing human inside his house he's free to do whatever he wants. until then he can take his too-rich-to-care attitude and jump off of one of his guardless balconies.
Seth Branham Trotter is probably Ye, or clearly just as bat shit crazy.
Techtonix, are you referring to Samarkand? The discussion of Architecture and Code with the cultural nuance of office expectation is a real item for discussion in Architecture. The PNW let an emigrant group into American Architecture; western Architecture has legal around quantum practice and places like Ukraine don't have the same respect; the Practice of Code in America matters in context to culture, so, please be more respectful.
No, it matters not. Seth, you're a special brand of batshit crazy. Ye would be jealous, probably.
yea actually I think Seth is a bot.
