The Architect/Designer should have 3–5 years of post-graduate experience and possess excellent analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, construction set development, and detailing ability. Qualified Project Architects will have 5–10 years of experience, with a background working on transportation agency projects. Both positions require a functional knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Twin Motion, Enscape, and/or Rhino.
Experienced job seekers in Hawthorne, California, should consider Brooks + Scarpa's BIM and AI Integration Manager position on offer. Interested candidates should have strong modeling skills in Revit and Rhino, proven experience with BIM360 suite and Autodesk Construction Cloud, experience developing construction documentation and delivering LOD300 BIM models, and the ability to build and develop generative algorithms with either Grasshopper or Dynamo.
