The firm seeks an individual with a minimum of 6 years architectural experience to immediately step in and help with a growing project load. The ideal candidates will have well, rounded architectural experience and a demonstrated passion for excellence in design. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, very good organizational skills, and be able to multitask on multiple assignments.

Formation Association seeks a Junior/Intermediate Architect
An award-winning firm based in Silver Lake, Formation Association converges the arenas of design, art, and ecology in projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to art collaborations with prominent LA artists. The firm seeks a candidate in Los Angeles with 0-3 years of experience.  Our ideal candidate will participate in the design and execution of multiple projects creatively and technically in all phases, from conceptualization to construction administration.

The firm seeks a Junior / Intermediate Designer with a strong work ethic who is creative, self-motivated, highly organized, personable, and can communicate clearly. The ideal candidate would have a minimum 2 years of working experience in an architectural office along with a professional degree, either BArch or MArch. Must be proficient in CAD drafting  (preferably Vectorworks), 3D rendering skills.

The firms seeks an experienced Intermediate Architect/ Project Manager with at least 5 years experience in an Architecture Firm.  Experience with high-end residential projects, restaurants, and/ or historical projects is a plus. Candidates on path to obtaining a license are preferred. Must have working knowledge of building department permit processing. Candidate must have graduated with a 5 year BArch degree or have a MArch degree.

TOLO Architecture seeks a Project Architect/Intermediate Designer
