Kevin Tsai, principal and founder of Kevin Tsai Architecture, is a Californian architect with over 20 years of industry experience. Kevin has designed over 2,000 units of multifamily, commercial and mixed-use projects, including Central Park West Renwick, a 970,625 sqft mixed-use development, an 188-unit senior housing complex in Yorba Linda, and a 377,428 sqft hotel and residence in Monterey Park.

Prior to starting his own practice, Kevin worked for several well-known firms, including Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects (LOHA), Neil Denari Architects, Hodgetts + Fung, and Johnson Favaro Architects.
