Actually the parking garage isn't really finished. Part of the building was supposed to be the terminal for the Wheel and that part is not completed, despite the developers' lies that it is. Why not have an accompanying picture of the "completed" garage if it's all done? This whole project was a huge scam and it still continues as the building site lies fallow for over a year and a half, and the walkways and water access have been blocked since the fiasco started more than 5 years ago. Commuter access to the ferry is impacted and the neighborhood looks like hell.
