It's been a few months now since we launched Archinect's latest offshoot, Ed, our quarterly print publication. Issue #1 "Architecture of Architecture" features a conversation with MAIO, a feature from Interboro Partners' new book “The Arsenal of Inclusion and Exclusion”, a special iteration of Archinect's Small Studio Snapshots series featuring Brandão Costa Arquitectos, as well as thought-provoking essays by Troy Conrad Therrien, the Feminist Architecture Collaborative, Manuel Shvartzberg-Carrío, Caitlin Blanchfield and Nina Kolowratnik with Ophelia Rivas, Jaffer Kolb, Jack Self, Giovanna Borradori, Miles Dugan, Lori Brown, Marina Otero Verzier, Scott Deisher, and Andreas Angelidakis among others.
While Ed #1 has been available globally at ed.archinect.com (get a single issue or the annual subscription for 4 issues per year), we've also been busy building relationships with local retail partners, so you can pick up a copy at your neighborhood bookshop, flip through the pages, and smell that good new-book scent (right?).
These are the local outlets that now carry Ed #1 — with many more to come soon:
Los Angeles:
New York:
London:
Washington, D.C.:
Chicago:
Montreal:
Toronto:
Vancouver:
Berlin:
Rotterdam:
One more very exciting Downtown LA Arts District location, as well as details about the upcoming Ed #2 "Disaster" issue will be revealed shortly — more about that soon.
