'nother Neutra slated to be demo'd
Kronish house The Richard Neutra-designed Kronish House in Beverly Hills features 6,891 square feet of living space, six bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. (Marc Angeles, Unlimited Style / July 24, 2011)
The [Kronish House]... has been "terribly neglected, but the bones are still there," said Dion Neutra, an architect who teamed up with his late father, Richard, on the project. "The new owner thinks it would be more valuable to tear it down and have empty land."

Very sad :(
Almost looks like a rendering, it's just so clean!
it is like open season on neutra.
but VDL is doing really well with new roof repairs completed, electrical work poised to be fixed and more goodies to come. the best part.., it is open to public.. all thanks to leadership of sarah lorenzen, the director of VDL and the generous donors like marmol radziner and others..
