what an idiotic reaction from the museum.
1) it's art, street art even. what good is it if it doesn't push buttons?
2) japanese-americans have had to deal with much worse and would probably have been fine with a little art project.
3) just as a war memorial might glorify war just as it commemorates fallen soldiers, the art, seen in the most generous light, puts forth a valid critique of war and money.
