The $35 million building at Clifton Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive is leaking in several spots and needs repairs before the damage gets worse.
Starting sometime next year, workers will rip the skin off the building, which houses UC's acclaimed College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. - news.cincinnati.com, via the forum
