The Thorndale Condo is a former 1905 carriage house renovated to offer the best in prewar charm mixed with smartly-designed high- end finishes. This building has 21 residences that include two duplexes with private courtyards, and two penthouses with large terraces and wood-burning fireplaces both inside and out. Apartments here fea- ture exposed brick and timber beams. The key to the project was our ability to create an energy efficient and cost effect new building while maintaining the rustic architectural character of the original building.
