As Brooklyn develops into a cultural center, more and more businesses desire to
be located there. CAP is designing Williamsburg’s first true office tower for a local development
company. The 12- story structure will rise from a retail base. Office spaces will be graced with ample
outdoor space and skyline views to attract the technology, arts, media, and entertainment tenants
seeking high quality space in Brooklyn. The top floors of the building will accommodate a bar and
restaurant, and it will be crowned by a mechanical penthouse enclosure that will mark its place in
the evolving Williamsburg skyline.
