Design and management of a project team for Parcel 209, a
mixed-use development within the King Abdullah Financial District, a new business city north of
downtown Riyadh. The project is comprised of two residential buildings with at-grade retail. Key to the
projects is their transitional spaces and courtyards that link the project’s street level via a landscaped
courtyard to a wadi level retail development.
