The unique design of this 12-story complex incorporates a façade that interweaves brick and metal-panelized construction. It was the result of an owner preference for
utilizing a brick surplus available from the proposed building contractor. Eleven floors feature between four to six loft-like units each with two units at the penthouse
level. Parking is provided in the building as well as a space designated for retail and medical office uses. The cellar includes a series of storage as well as residential recreation space (gym).
