This 12-story tower-on-base building sits adjacent to a historic district in Clinton Hill. The base of the building provides spaces for doctors’ offices that occupy much of the cellar, ground, and second floors. Atop the base, spacious roof terraces are provided for residents as well as for the medical offices. The floor plate of the residential tower has a unique profile, giving each unit on the floors above a slightly different shape in plan. The façade of the tower has a gentle curve and is treated with a palette of aluminum metal panel and brick tiles.
The residential tower contains twenty-seven (27) one-, two-, and three-bedroom units which all have balconies. Sizes range from 740 SF to 2,400 SF. The units on the north side of the tower enjoy views of Manhattan.
