The Markham Apartment buildings are located at 2000 Monterey Street in San Jose, California. The facility consists of two multi-family housing buildings. The phase 1 building is roughly 64,780 square feet each, housing 153 units. The project will consist of exterior repairs and the upgrade and rehabilitation of unit interiors.  

I was responsible for taking the old construction drawings and preparing a model of the phase 1 building in Revit. I have also assisted in the selection of paint colors for the exterior of the building and applying those colors to the model to present renderings for the clients approval.
