The Redwoods Apartments is a multi-family residential apartment complex located in Gilroy, CA. Eden housing purchased the property and wanted to have exterior repairs done to mitigate water damage that had occurred as well as provide additional accessible units for their residents. 

I was responsible for helping create a full set of construction documents for permitting that included the interior upgrades and layout changes for the accessible units; waterproofing details for the windows, doors, and roof; and schedules including windows, doors, lighting, plumbing accessories, finishes, and appliances. I prepared the 3D renderings of the site and various buildings to show the planning department as well as the client how the newly selected building colors would look.
