The International Orange Spa had experienced a failure in the waterproofing of their two steam rooms which caused substantial flooding and water damage in the retail space below. I was responsible for working with the principal architects to prepare the repair documents and details. I attended weekly meetings or conference calls with the contractors and clients to be advised of the project status and respond quickly if any issues arose. I also assisted the client in the material selection process for the replacement tiles.
