Rancho Park is a multi-family residential apartment complex for low income families located in Hollister, CA. Eden housing purchased the property and wanted to have exterior repairs done to mitigate water damage that had occurred as well as provide additional accessible units for their residents. All of the windows and roofing were replaced.

I was responsible for helping create a full set of construction documents that included the interior upgrades and layout changes for the accessible units and community building; waterproofing details for the windows, doors, and roof; and schedules including windows, doors, lighting, plumbing accessories, finishes, and appliances. During the construction, I attended some of the on-site meetings with the contractors and W/A's Project Manager, as well as assisted in reviewing and responding to various submittals. I was also responsible for the selection of new exterior paint colors for the apartment buildings as well as the community building.
