A four-storey model unit building, conceptualized as built using of precast concrete. All component systems (wall, floor, stairs) will be precast Wafflecrete or equivalent.
Units were sized at 20-22sq.m. each, which is above par to the socialized housing requirement for the country, and furnished with the required utilities.
Envisioned to be reproduced more than sixty times on the development, the method of construction will allow the phase to be built within two years.
These particular schemes were the versions undergoing negotiations for construction before I left my previous employer. They went with scheme 01, for reasons of economy of space. This was the last project I handled. Now, they've altered it a bit to suit the developer's request.
