A Proposed Learning Resource Center (2008)

The complex involves designing a University Library (with very specific space requirements and collections), a University Museum (with historical and natural science collections), and a 2000-seat Theater (complete with an orchestra, performance stage, and all the backstage requirements).

Set within the grounds of the University of San Carlos, Talamban Campus.
